GENERAL TERMS

www.lamaplast.gr makes every effort every day to provide the company's customers with the most effective service possible. The e-shop that is being created is aimed at all internet users who wish to be immediately informed about the products we offer and the ability to make purchases through the e-shop, following a remote online order, always subject to the adequacy of the company's stocks.

These terms are fully compatible with current European and Greek law, while users acknowledge the company's right to change provisions of these terms, to the extent that they do not concern its legally binding obligations and without affecting fait accomplis. The user of the website acknowledges that he has read these terms, agrees with them and undertakes to comply with them.

For us, it is our obligation to always keep the customer informed and secure. For this reason, we inform our online store customers about the following issues:

  1. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
    In order to carry out any transaction through the online store to order the company's products, you will be asked to provide some of your personal information. When you place an order, we will ask you for your full name, the address to which the products will be shipped, your landline phone number (or any other phone number you wish) and your email address.

This data is processed by the company in accordance with the application of article 7A par. 1 (b) of Law 2472/1997, for the purpose of implementing the order placed by the customer and will not be disclosed, made public or sold to third parties in any way, unless the procedure prescribed by the legislation for the lifting of confidentiality (Law 2225/1994) or any obligations arising from the national implementation of Directive 24/2006 is initiated.

  1. SECURITY
    On our Website, during the credit card payment process, you are transferred to the Piraeus Bank system for secure online commercial transactions. To protect your electronic transactions, the E-Commerce Service provided is compatible with the security protocols of international Card Organizations (Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode). In this way, all information is encrypted so that it cannot be read or changed during transmission over the Internet.
  2. ORDERING PRODUCTS AND CONSUMER PROTECTION
    Placement of an order through the e-shop constitutes the conclusion of a distance selling contract regulated by the legislative framework of Law 2251/1994, as amended. You have the possibility of concluding a valid order through the e-shop, provided that you are legally competent in accordance with the articles of the Greek Civil Code (provided that you have reached the age of eighteen and are not under legal guardianship regarding the conclusion of a sales contract). Orders can also be placed by representatives of legal entities, while the company reserves the right to claim from the supervisor or guardian any orders placed by legally incapable persons.

4. ORDERING PROCEDURE THROUGH E-SHOP:
For the convenience and service of all those who wish to purchase from our online store, we offer the following alternative payment methods:


  • Payment by credit card / Debit card / Prepaid card
    ● Deposit to accounts of ETHNIKI, PIRAEUS, ALPHA banks

When the consumer selects bank deposit as the payment method and has not made the deposit within 7 working days, the order will be canceled and the consumer will be informed by email. The prices listed in the relevant catalogs under each product include VAT (24%), while the eshop www.lamaplast.gr reserves the right to adjust the prices without being obliged to inform the consumer.

Note: a) Customers outside the European Union are subject to any financial charges due to differences in exchange rates, customs clearance, etc. for which the company bears no responsibility. b) Customers who choose a bank deposit as a payment method must make the deposit within seven (7) days, otherwise the order will be automatically canceled. c) Orders from customers who have orders in their history that they refused to receive and were returned with the indication NOT INTERESTED by the courier company, will only be accepted after a bank deposit.

  1. METHOD – TIME – COST OF SHIPPING
    The time required to start shipping your order is 48 hours (2 business days) provided that the products are ready for delivery.

Products that are ready for delivery are shipped by shipping agencies to your location and you receive them in 4 to 7 business days and at times specified by the respective shipping company.

For purchases outside Greece: it is necessary to have an agreement (regarding charging and shipping methods) with the COMPANY.

  1. CONSUMER RIGHTS
    Although the description of our products is detailed and you can form a complete picture of the product, as we try to render the colors in the photos as accurately as possible, you may eventually find that it is not what you wanted upon delivery.

In this case, Lamaplast gives you the opportunity to return the product within eight (8) calendar days of receipt and replace it with another product of your choice. If the other product you selected is not available, we will refund the value of the product by depositing it into your bank account or crediting the amount to be used in any new order you wish.

The reshipment/replacement of the product will incur a cost of 5 euros to the customer, regardless of the amount of their order, and will only be done using the original shipping method. Exceptions are defective products or an error in the order due to the company's fault.

If you wish to cancel part or all of your order after receiving the products, you can return the product or products within eight (8) calendar days and we will refund your money by depositing it into your bank account.

In the case of a refund, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs of the product, which are the same amount that was originally charged. The value of the cash on delivery and shipping costs are not refunded. All returns are made in the original condition of the product, without damage so that it can be sold again.

We recognize that you will want to test the products to confirm whether they satisfy you. With this in mind, please be careful not to damage the original packaging or cause damage to the products while testing them.

The product must be returned with the accompanying material that was originally in the packaging. The customer is obliged to immediately check the product he received and to inform about any defect or impact during transport on the day he received it or at the latest the next day. After this time period, the customer accepts the product and any damage caused later is his responsibility.

In case the above conditions are not met, the return will not be accepted, the return costs are borne by the customer, for the re-shipment of the products to their place, who will be responsible for the loss, destruction or deterioration of the returned products until their receipt.

If you wish to cancel the order during the online ordering process, you can click "cancel" and the ordering process will be automatically interrupted. After completing the online order and before the products are shipped, contact us via info@lamaplast.gr or by phone at 2310683490 and your order will be canceled immediately.

Returns are accepted for the purpose of replacing a defective product on promotional products. However, exchanges are not accepted.

  1. DISCLAIMER
    Lamaplast is not liable for any kind of damage to the user/customer (whether direct or indirect), including but not limited to any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or other damage that may arise from any access, use or inability to use the website, delay or inability to provide services or information, from any third party interventions in products or services or information available through it, including any damage from any virus transmission to the user's electronic equipment.
  2. MISCELLANEOUS
    Applicable Law - Jurisdiction
    These terms and conditions of use are governed by Greek law.
    Force Majeure

If due to force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products to you within the specified time, we will inform you via e-mail. Lamaplast bears no responsibility for any situation beyond its own fault and will do everything humanly possible to best serve you.
