Order Cancellation

Although the description of our products is detailed and you can form a complete picture of the product, as we try to render the colors in the photos as accurately as possible, you may ultimately find that it is not what you wanted upon delivery.

In this case, the eshop www.lamaplast.gr gives you the opportunity to return the product within eight (8) calendar days of receipt and replace it with another product of your choice. If the other product you selected is not available, we will refund the value of the product by depositing it into your bank account or crediting the amount to be used on any new order.

The new shipment/replacement of the product will cost the customer 5 euros, regardless of the amount of their order, and will only be made using the original shipping method. Exceptions are defective products or an error in the order due to the company's fault.

If you wish to cancel part or all of your order after receiving the products, you can return the product or products within eight (8) calendar days and we will refund your money by depositing it into your bank account.

In the case of a refund, you are responsible for the costs of returning the product, which are the same amount that was originally charged. The value of the cash on delivery and shipping costs is not refundable.
All returns are made in the original condition of the product, without damage so that it can be sold again. We recognize that you will want to try the products to confirm whether they satisfy you. With this in mind, please be careful not to damage the original packaging and not to cause damage to the products by testing them. The product must be returned with the accompanying material that was originally in the packaging.

The customer is obliged to immediately check the product he received and to inform about any defect or damage during transport on the day he received it or at the latest the next day. After this time period has passed, the customer accepts the product and any damage caused subsequently is their responsibility. In case the above conditions are not met, the return will not be accepted, the return costs are borne by the customer, for the re-shipment of the products to their place, who will be responsible for the loss, destruction or deterioration of the returned products until their receipt.

If you wish to cancel the order during the online ordering process, you can click "cancel" and the ordering process will be automatically interrupted. After completing the online order and before the products are shipped, contact us via info@lamaplast.gr or by phone at 2310683490 and your order will be canceled immediately.

Returns are accepted for promotional products for the purpose of replacing a defective product. However, changes are not accepted.
